We love Tolkien! Somehow, his quotes always fit perfectly for travelling and going on adventures, don’t you think?

We are not the type of travellers who count the number of countries they visited. We don’t think of our trips as another notch on our backpacks. We think travelling should be for the joy of seeing new places and trying something new, rather than adding another thing on your list so you can show others how accomplished you are.

Below is the list of destinations we have visited since October 2016, two years after we got married. As I started this blog in 2018, I think writing on any travels before 2016 would have been pointless. Things change fast and as much as you think you can remember everything from your trip 5 years ago, memories fade… This was one of the reasons for starting the blog, to preserve the memories as well as, hopefully, help other travellers pick and plan their next trip.
